Therapy

SELF-DETERMINED AND RELATIVE THROUGH DEFINITION

In the system constellation we relive our childhood. If our parents couldn’t perceive us as children, we understand why that was so. We become aware of our adaptation and coping strategies. We see that these adaptation strategies have the consequence of impairing the detachment from parents, the finding to ourselves, to our identity, dignity and strength. Self-esteem and relationship problems, but also serious “psychiatric” and psychosomatic illnesses have a decisive cause here.
The inclusion of archaic farewell and detachment rituals on the one hand and clinical test procedures on the other make family constellations a professional, sustainable intensive therapy.
